Bennett Municipal Court March 25, 2020 Postponed

The Bennett Municipal Court hearings scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, 2020, at 6 p.m. have been RE-SET due to concerns about COVID-19.  The Bennett Municipal Court hearings scheduled for March 25, 2020, will be heard on  April 22, 2020, at 6 p.m. at Bennett Town Hall, 207 Muegge Way, Bennett, CO 80102.   You may contact the court with any questions at 303-644-3249.

Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting Postponed, Monday March 16, 2020

The meeting of the Bennett Planning and Zoning Commission scheduled for Monday, March 16 at 6 p.m. has been POSTPONED due to concerns about Covid-19. The public hearing scheduled for tonight’s meeting is CONTINUED until April 20, 2020 at 6 p.m. at Bennett Town Hall, 207 Muegge Way, Bennett, CO 80102.

Bennett Recognizes Local Students for Adams County Mayors and Commissioners Youth Awards

The Town of Bennett recognized four local students for the Adams County Mayors and Commissioners Youth Awards at the Board of Trustees Meeting on Tuesday March 10, 2020.

This is the first year the Town of Bennett had four students nominated for the award. This year’s nominees were Tessa Mosher (7th grade), Miakoda Seybolt (8th grade), Cassidy Sherman (8th grade) and Ella Olson (12th grade).

CDOT Concrete Panel Replacement

Colorado Department of Transportation has begun work to improve several different sections of roadway and intersections throughout the Denver Metro area. Work at the various locations listed below will include concrete panel removal and replacement, joint sealing to minimize the effects of surface water infiltration, full depth roadway repair in sections that are damaged beyond pothole filling, asphalt resurfacing, and pavement markings. This project was contracted to Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction Company for $4 million.
