The Adams County Public Health Department will be at the Bennett Community Center on the 3rd Thursday of each month from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., providing the following services...
 
Harm Reduction Services
Rapid HIV, Hepatitis C and Syphilis testing, Naloxone distribution, safe use supplies/disposal, gun locks and more.
 
WIC - Food, Education, Support
WIC is the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children. It provides resources, knowledge and tools to help you and support your family. It's free for moms, dads, grandparents, foster parents and all Colorado families who qualify.
 
Sexual Health Program
STI testing, contraceptive options and more.

EBT Card Issuance:

  • If you requested an EBT card be sent to you via mail, please note that these requests may take 7-10 business days. If you have waited over 10 business days for your card, please call 720-523-2800 to follow up on your request.
  • If you have not requested a card, you can visit the Human Services Center to pick up an EBT card in person. To pick up a card in person you will need to bring a photo ID. The Human Services Office located at: 11860 Pecos St., Westminster, CO 80234
  • If you have ever had an EBT card in the past, please call 888.328.2656 to request a replacement card.
