The Town of Bennett contracts with both Adams and Arapahoe County Sherriff's Offices to provide police services for the Town. North of I-70 is covered by Adams County and south of I-70 is covered by Arapahoe County.

The Town of Bennett is under the Bennett-Watkins Fire Rescue for Fire and EMS services. They are located at Bennett-Watkins Fire Rescue 355 4th Street Bennett, CO 80102 To reach the station please call 303-644-3572. For non-emergency dispatch to the Fire District ONLY dial 303-366-2211.
Bennett Recreation Center, 455 S. First St., Bennett, CO is the designated emergency shelter for the Bennett area and will be activated whenever needed for shelter operations by the Adams County Sheriff's Office and Adams County Office of Emergency Management.
