How to Request a Building Inspection
Bennett Fire Protection District Inspection
The Town of Bennett partners with the Bennett Watkins Fire Protection District (BWFD) to insure safe structures and sites. BWFD reviews building plans and inspects all non-residential construction projects and some types of multiple-family residential construction projects for conformance with the International Fire Code (IFC). BWFD and the Town have adopted and uses the 2018 IFC codes with minor local amendments.
Please contact BWFD at 303-644-3572 to discuss the IFC and inspection requirements.
