Applicant Guides are resources for applicants that provide general steps, fees and process for each type of land use application. Applicants generally need to meet with Town Staff and the Development Review Committee (DRC) prior to proceeding with a formal submission. All applications must be submitted electronically through the SmartGov portal. Through the online portal, Land Use Applications are labeled as ‘Permits’. Applicants Guides are a general outline of submittal requirements, however if you have questions, contact the Planning Department.
