Town of Bennett Hosts COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic

The Town of Bennett and the Colorado Department of Health and Environment are hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Wednesday February 17, 2021. 

The vaccination clinic will be held at the Bennett Community Center, 1100 W. Colfax Avenue, Bennett CO, 80102 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

This vaccination clinic is for those who fall into the State’s vaccination distribution phases 1A, 1B.1 and 1B.2. View the COVID-19 Vaccination Distribution Table here

CDPHE will be administering the Moderna Vaccine. Those who receive the first does of the vaccine on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 will receive the second does on Wednesday, March 17, 2021. 

Those eligible to receive the vaccine can register online HEREThere will be no walk-in appointments available.

If there are no open time slots, eligible individuals can put their name on a waitlist by calling Town Hall at (303)644-3249. 

 

No proof of insurance will be necessary at the time of vaccination.

Phases Eligible for Vaccination

PHASE Eligible Individuals
Phase 1A Highest-risk health care workers and individuals:
  • People who have direct contact with COVID-19 patients for 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period. 
  • Long-term care facility staff and residents.
Phase 1B.1 Coloradans age 70+, moderate-risk health care workers and first responders:
  • Health care workers with less direct contact with COVID-19 patients (e.g. home health, hospice, pharmacy, dental ect.) and EMS
  • Firefighters, police, COVID-19 response personnel, correctional workers and funeral services.
  • People age 70 and older.
Phase 1B.2 Coloradans ages 65-69, pre-k-12 educators and child care workers in licensed child care programs and continuity of state government:
  • Child care workers in licensed child care programs, teachers (full-time and substitutes), bus, food, counselors, administrative, safety and other support services offered inside the school. 
  • Select members of the Executive and Judicial branches of state government.
  • People ages 65-69
