June is Reduced Building Permit Fee Month for homeowners!
Get your permit during the month of June and permit fees will be reduced by 50% on some home projects.
Permit fees on projects including siding, windows, fences, reroofing, decks, AC improvements, furnace replacements, water/sewer repairs and water heaters will be reduced by 50% during the month of June.
The goal is to help residents with the cost of permit fees and still encourage home improvement projects.
This program is only eligible for homeowners. Discounted permit fees include building permit fee, plan review fee and fence permit fee. Use and county taxes are not adjusted for reduced permit fee month. Eligible permits must be paid for and issued during the month of June 2023.
