We provide project updates so we can communicate progress and keep our residents informed. As project plans change and setbacks occur, it is important for us to continue to share new information as we receive it.
Regarding the Marketplace signalization project, we have received information that the signal will not be starting on Monday, July 31st as planned. Upon recent inspection, it was determined that an additional punch list must be completed before transferring ownership to Colorado Department of Transportation for start up of the signal. We will be working with our contractor to ensure the additional punch list items are finished as soon as possible.
This project is very dependent on all partners involved, including Morton Electric and CDOT. We appreciate our partners' diligence in getting the remaining items completed. We appreciate our residents' continued patience as we work to get the signal live.
