On July 3, 2023, we began working to install a sanitary sewer line and a water main line on Washington Way and 8th Street. This intersection is now closed. Additionally on July 30, the intersection of Palmer Ave. and 8th Street closed. These intersections will be closed through August 13, 2023.
Beginning today, through August 13th, a full detour will be in effect for business and school access. This includes Palmer Avenue to Shari's Court on 8th Street. We are installing temporary asphalt in the concrete road to provide quick drivability access.
