IHC Scott Contracting and Lennar Homes will be performing road work on Kiowa Avenue beginning Monday, August 29, 2022 until September 3, 2022.
There are no expected water disruptions or outages.
Impact on the road work could remain in place until September 30, 2022 to allow for removal of concrete and replacement of the waterline. The use of heavy equipment in the area could restrict access to some driveways.
Neighbors should anticipate some rough road conditions and short detours through final paving of Kiowa Avenue. All work is expected to be complete by September 30, 2022.
