The Town of Bennett is set to embark on a strategic shift in law enforcement services as it transitions its law enforcement contract to ensure complete safety services coverage for our residents.
The Town of Bennett is currently working on options including to expand its relationship with the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office to extend their area of service to encompass all of incorporated Bennett.

Town of Bennett Town Hall will be closed Monday, December 25, 2023 in observance of Christmas.
Regular hours of operation will resume Tuesday, December 26, 2023.
Town Hall will also be closed Monday, January 1, 2024 in observance of the New Year.

The Town of Bennett Board of Trustees hosted the Annual Holiday Lighting Contest on December 19, 2023.

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Bennett Study Session and Board Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, December 26, 2023 have been cancelled.
The Planning and Zoning meeting scheduled for December 18, 2023 has also been cancelled.
The next Board of Trustees meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 9, 2024.
The next Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting will take place on Monday, January 22, 2024.
The Town of Bennett will conduct an election on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. The 2024 Town Board election ballot will list the positions of Mayor and four (4) Trustee seats. All available seats are for a four-year term.
The Town of Bennett Utilities Department will be working a water service line on Thursday, December 7, 2023. There will be a scheduled water shutoff from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. for all the units in the Horizon Condominiums. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause

The ADA Transition Plan Informational Meeting will be held on December 5th, and is open to the public. The meeting will take place from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall in the Community Room.
