Bennett School District

The District serves the central portions of Adams and Arapahoe counties and covers an area of 292 square miles. Bennett and Watkins are the main communities within the District. From this territory, approximately 1,100 students are enrolled in grades PK-12. All schools are located in the Town of Bennett

Bennett Park and Recreation District

The Bennett Park and Recreation District (BPRD) is a Special District that provides local residents with recreational services, including youth and adult sports leagues, fitness classes, aquatics programs, and more.

Bennett Community Food Bank

The Bennett Community Food Bank serves the Eastern I-70 Corridor which includes the communities of Watkins, Bennett, Strasburg, Byers, Deer Trail and Agate. Located in the Bennett Community Center, the Food Bank is open the first and third Saturday of every month, 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.; the third Saturday of the month is devoted to USDA Commodities distribution.

Anythink Library

Anythink serves the residents of Adams County, Colo., with seven branches including Bennett. With a focus on innovation, Anythink’s award-winning approach to library service is recognized by industry leaders and organizations across the globe.

Morgan Community College

Morgan Community College offers A.A., A.S., A.A.S. and A.G.S. degrees. They have programs for high school students along the I-70 Corridor as well as adult learners.

I-70 Corridor Chamber of Commerce

I-70 Corridor Chamber of Commerce has assisted growth and successful economic development of Eastern Colorado member businesses located in Watkins, Bennett, Strasburg, Byers, Deer Trail and Agate, since 1992.

Bennett-Watkins Lions Club

Lions Clubs International is the world's largest service club organization with more than 1.4 million members in approximately 46,000 clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas around the world.

Tri-Valley VFW Post #8449

Non-profit Veterans Service Organization serving the community of Bennett and the I-70 Corridor.

Adams County Public Assistance Department at the Bennett Shared Services Building

The Adams County Public Assistance Department will be available on the first and third Thursday of the month from 1 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the Bennett Shared Services Building. Services offered and more information can be found online.

A group of youth that are committed to substance free living and are striving to make our community along the I-70 corridor a fun and healthy environment for all residents. They are always looking to expand their group, so if you are 12-18 years old and live in Watkins, Bennett, Strasburg, Byers or Deer Trail, you are welcome to join the group.
